Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ClickClickBlock ("the Service"), operated by ClickClickBlock ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

    The short version: We provide click fraud protection. You pay monthly, no contracts. You can cancel anytime. We do our best to protect your ads, but we can't guarantee we'll catch every fraudulent click.
  

1. The Service

ClickClickBlock is a click fraud detection and protection service for online advertisers. We provide:

A JavaScript tracking snippet you install on your website
Real-time detection of suspicious visitor behaviour (bots, click farms, datacenter traffic, competitor clicks)
Automatic and manual blocking of fraudulent visitors
A dashboard to view, manage, and export your visitor data
Optional integration with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to sync blocked IPs

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
One account per person or organisation — don't share login credentials
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required
During the trial, you have full access to your chosen plan's features
At the end of the trial, protection pauses until you add a payment method
No automatic charges — you are never billed unless you explicitly add payment

4. Pricing and Payment

All plans are billed monthly — no annual contracts, no lock-in periods
Prices are listed in USD on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Failed payments will be retried automatically. After repeated failures, your account may be suspended.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no refunds for partial months
After cancellation, your tracking snippet stops collecting data and protection ceases
Your account data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you reactivate

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our software
Use the Service to collect personal information about individuals without their consent
Resell access to the Service without our written permission (see our Agency plan for multi-client use)
Abuse the API or tracking snippet in ways that degrade the service for other users
Create multiple free trial accounts to avoid payment

7. Plan Limits

Each plan has limits on the number of websites and monthly visitors tracked. If you exceed your plan's limits:

We'll notify you and suggest an upgrade
We will not automatically charge you for overages
If you consistently exceed limits without upgrading, we may ask you to move to an appropriate plan

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

You remain the data controller for visitor data collected on your websites
We act as a data processor on your behalf
You are responsible for informing your website visitors about data collection (e.g., via your own privacy policy)
We do not sell or share your data with third parties

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects the Service, with advance notice where possible
We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, including undetected fraudulent clicks during downtime

10. Limitation of Liability

ClickClickBlock provides fraud detection on a best-effort basis. We cannot guarantee that:

Every fraudulent click will be detected and blocked
No legitimate visitors will ever be incorrectly blocked
Our estimated savings figures are perfectly accurate

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost advertising spend.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including our software, branding, and content, is owned by ClickClickBlock. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service. You retain ownership of your own website content and visitor data.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
